Katie Choi has close to 20 years Human Resources experience which has included managing a small company HR department, functioning in a consulting role for multiple small and medium sized companies in the northwest, as well as managing a 13-person department of HR professionals at an HR consulting firm. Katie’s approach to HR is practical and helpful; balancing necessary employment law with the factors and details of each unique situation a company may face. She excels in areas of employee relations, policy development, employment law compliance, project management, and people management. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
