Plan for employee absences and leaves.  If you have an employee who becomes ill with the Coronavirus, it’s likely that your Sick Leave Policy (or Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy), would apply. The employee may also be covered by one of your Leave of Absence policies. For each employee absence, review your policies and ensure you provide the employee the appropriate leave/benefit.

  • We will work with you to pinpoint specifics around planning, staffing, policies, protective equipment and identify what tangible deliverables you’ll need from us to help you in your reopening process.
  • We will create the customized deliverables identified in our conversations.
  • If desired, we will develop training materials for managers and employees to orient them to your “new normal workplace” as they return.
