HRT Northwest began with our Founder Darcey McAllister, who sought to support organizations with both strategic and compliance-focused projects. From the start, the goal wasn’t just to keep companies out of trouble—it was to help them operate with confidence, clarity, and strong foundations for growth.
Over time, as demand for our services grew, the practice expanded into a team-based model. Today, our consultants not only bring decades of combined experience, but many of us have also worked together for years prior to HRT’s formation. That long history of collaboration has built a high level of trust among our team—and our clients benefit directly. When you work with one consultant, you’re gaining access to the expertise and problem-solving power of the whole group.
