2024 EEO-1 Reporting Window Open
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has no doubt kept some employers on the edges of their seats awaiting the announcement of the 2024 EEO-1 reporting window and deadline. Well, today is the day!
For 2024 EEO-1 reporting, the reporting window is open as of today, May 20, 2025. It will close on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Required employers (private employers with at least 100 employees or federal contractors with at least 50 employees) must submit required data by the deadline. The required data for 2024 includes ONLY Component 1 workforce demographic data – job category, sex, and race/ethnicity – for all full-time and part-time employees who were employed during an employer selected pay period (i.e., workforce snapshot period) between October 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
Visit the EEOC’s reporting site for up-to-date instructions and upload specifications.
