Wendi Modarelli has about 20 years of experience in consulting, outsourcing and hands on HR management in a variety of industries including technology, hospitality, biotech, manufacturing, agriculture and non-profit. She enjoys helping companies solve their most challenging HR issues by tailoring individual business solutions. Wendi's expertise lies in compensation, compliance, performance management and training. She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration & HR from the University of Washington and holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
Katie Choi has close to 20 years Human Resources experience which has included in-house HR, consulting for multiple small and medium sized companies, as well as managing a 13-person HR department. Katie’s approach to HR is practical and helpful; balancing necessary employment law with the factors and details of each unique situation a company may face. She excels in areas of employee relations, policy development, employment law compliance, project management, and people management. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
Urszula Roman has 15 years of hands-on Human Resources experience in the in-house and outsourced HR settings. She enjoys partnering with clients on providing human resources solutions that meet their business and people goals. While considering herself to be a true generalist, her focus is on projects and programs in employee relations, compensation, training & development, and compliance HR functions. She holds SPHR, SHRM-SCP certifications, Certificate in HR Management from the University of Washington, and an advanced degree in Economics from the University of Economics in Katowice, Poland.
